This stylish apartment is located in the Chueca district, only a short walk to Placa de Chueca, home to some of the best and most fashionable restaurants and bars in Madrid.

The air conditioned living area is bright and spacious, furnished in a modern and unfussy style. It has a sofa, coffee table, sofa bed, DVD, TV, table and chairs.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is supplied with all you will need for self catering. There is a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, kettle and toaster. All cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. Both are furnished with bedside cabinets, reading lamps and a wardrobe for storage.

The stylish bathroom has a WC, hand basin and a shower.

This apartment is in a fabulous location - a fantastic base for exploring this wonderful city.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.

• Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.

• The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
