This apartment is on the first floor, with a lift, air conditioning and sits at the back of the building. The windows are double glazed and so the apartment is very tranquil. Located on a quite street and with double glazing you are well protected from the noise of the city.
The funky living area provides a welcoming, colourful space. There is a double sofa bed, an arm chair and an occaisonal table. It is fully air conditioned and there is also a digital TV with terrestrial Spanish channels. The DVD player has the relevant connections for you to plug in your camera and view your holiday pics on the screen day by day. There is also a free Wi-Fi internet connection. To one side there is a dining table and chairs.
The bedroom is air conditioned and has double wrought iron bed, plenty of wardrobe space, bedside cabinets and reading lights.
The fully equipped independent kitchen is supplied with all you will need for entertaining at home. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob. All cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided, plus an iron and ironing board.
The modern stylish bathroom has a shower, sink and w.c. A hairdryer is also provided.
A safety deposit box is also provided.
This is a very new and comfortable apartment in a fabulous location - a fantastic base for exploring this wonderful city.
