This fantastic studio is in a totally refurbished and historic building. The building enjoys a privileged position in the quiet part of the Chueca district, only a short walk away from the shopping area in Fuencarral street. The apartment is just 15 minutes walk from Plaza de Chueca, now home to some of the best and most fashionable restaurants and bars in Madrid. This is an ideal location for exploring the buzz of this a cosmopolitan city.
The studio has 2 twin beds, bedside cabinets with reading lamps and two armchairs. We have provided a TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi connection. There is also a small dining table and chairs for two.
The kitchen area is compact but modern and fully equipped with a full electric oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge. Pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery are all provided.
The bathroom has a full size bath and shower, WC and hand basin.
Heating makes this studio very comfortable in winter but please note that there is no air conditioning in this apartment.
This well located studio offers excellent value for a great Madrid experience.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
- For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 euros per person.
- Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euro, after 1:00am - 40 Euro, after 3:00am - check-in only upon earlier arrangements.
