The apartment is located in a charming street in the centre of the old town, known as Las Letras, famed for its writers and thriving theatres and bursting with life. It is close to Huertas, a vibrant, buzzing street full of bars and restaurants and the central hub of Madrid is just a short stroll away at Puerta del Sol.
The living room provides a bright and welcoming space, it has two large comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a rocking chair.
The dining area is spacious and has a large dining table that comfortably seats six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with all you will need for entertaining at home. There is a washing machine, oven/hob, microwave, kettle and all cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.
The master bedroom is simple and spacious, with wooden beams giving it an individual character. There is a double bed, bedside tables and lamps.
The second bedroom is colourful and has two single beds, bedside tables and lamps.
There is a spacious third bedroom with a single bed.
The apartment has two bathrooms each with a shower, hand basin and WC.
This apartment is in a fantstic location with an enourmous selection of bars, cafes and restaurants close by, this is a great base for your city break in Madrid.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Arrivals after 10pm are charged an extra 30 euros. Arrivals after 1am are charged an extra 50 euros.
- Security Deposit.
Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of Euros 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damanges.
