This apartment is located in the heart of the city centre close to the Parc Del Rastro. This area is famous for its antique stores and open air market which takes place every Sunday and on public holidays.

The main bedroom is spacious, with lots of natural light and a very calm ambience, it has a double bed with bedside lamps and an en suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds and is decorated in a clean and simple style making it a very relaxing space.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, hand basin and WC.

The apartment has air conditioning and also benefits from the use of a residents swimming pool, tennis court, small gymnasium and communal gardens.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations.
  
  Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
  Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
  Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
  
  
• Arrivals after 10pm are charged an extra 30 euros. Arrivals after 1am are charged an extra 50 euros.
  
  
• Security Deposit. Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of Euros 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damanges.
