The bright and spacious living area provides a welcoming and relaxing space. There is a double sofa bed, arm chair, coffee table, TV, DVD, dining table and four chairs. From the living area you can step out through the French windows onto one of the standing balconies.
The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with all you will need for your self catering stay. There is a fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, electric kettle, cookware and kitchen utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe for storage, beside table and lamp.
The modern bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.
The apartment is also equipped with Iron & Ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen, towels, internet connection, air conditioning and heating.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
- For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
- Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
- The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
